BWD is staffed 24 hours a day 7 days per week. The office is open from 8am to 3pm Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) and On-Call staff is available to respond to leaks and other situations after office hours.

• LEAK ON YOUR PROPERTY: If you see a leak on your property locate the closest shut off valve and close slowly. If you need your meter to be shut off, call BWD at 760-767-5806.
