Pay Online

You can quickly view and pay your bill online.  If you don’t already have an account, you can create one. A $2.95 processing fee will apply.

Call the District at (760) 767.5806 during business hours and we can process your payment over the phone by credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

Automatic Payment

Water bill charges can automatically be deducted from a checking or savings account.

To use this option:

  1. Complete the online Automatic Payment Authorization Form or download the paper version from here.
  2. Attach a voided check or complete the account information and telephone number.
  3. Return to the District office.

BWD is staffed 24 hours a day 7 days per week. The office is open from 8am to 3pm Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) and On-Call staff is available to respond to leaks and other situations after office hours.

LEAK ON YOUR PROPERTY: If you see a leak on your property, locate your customer shut off valve and close slowly. If you need the BWD side to be turned off, do not touch it, please call BWD at 760-767-5806.

LEAK ON BWD PIPELINES: If you see a leak on BWD pipelines, please contact the Office immediately at 760-767-5806.

The office is open from 8am to 3pm Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays).
