BWD is staffed 24 hours a day 7 days per week. The office is open from 8am to 3pm Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) and On-Call staff is available to respond to leaks and other situations after office hours.

LEAK ON YOUR PROPERTY: If you see a leak on your property, locate your customer shut off valve and close slowly. If you need the BWD side to be turned off, do not touch it, please call BWD at 760-767-5806.

LEAK ON BWD PIPELINES: If you see a leak on BWD pipelines, please contact the Office immediately at 760-767-5806.
